It could happen that the technician marks some automatic detected molecules as not detected because some specific rules from the laboratory. The AI Assistant will continue to learn and adapt to the best practices of the laboratory during the life of the solution. The unreviewed counter icon has been decreased by 1, from 428 to 427.

Molecules automatically set to suspected by the AI Assistant (17) have been reviewed and validated as not detected by the technician. To reach a better efficiency for the technician, the goal of the AI Assistant is to minimize the number of suspected. The AI Assistant will continue to learn and adapt to the best practices of the laboratory during the life of the solution. The unreviewed counter icon has been decreased by 17, from 427 to 410.

Molecules automatically excluded by the AI Assistant (410) have been reviewed and validated as not detected by the technician. To reach a maximal efficiency for the technician, the goal of the AI Assistant is to maximize the number of excluded, but with a 100% guarantee there are no False Negative, meaning the system does not put a real detection in the excluded category. The review of the excluded molecule is very fast. The unreviewed counter icon has been decreased by 410, from 410 to 0.

The progression is not yet 100% because the ISTD have not been reviewed. There is a quick auto complete button that can be used to automatically apply the decision made by the AI Assistant and reach 100% in one go.

When using the auto complete button, a popup window is displayed to show what will be done by the system.

Now, the unreviewed counter is 0, the calibration progression is 100 and the progress bar of the analysis is complete. The technician can review the next analysis.
