Configurations

The Fujitsu Chromatography On Demand – Fujitsu COD – solution is designed to accept database configuration parameters which have an impact on the graphic elements of the interface. This can be additional features but also visual customizations.

The properties are located in the database in the collection global and configuration.

There are 2 objects, features and customer.

• accounting (boolean): Activates the use of the accounting in the application. If not present, the default behavior is to not display the accounting entry in menu.
• ai_assistant (boolean): Activates the use of the A.I. assistant in the application. If not present, the default behavior is to not display the assistant.
• disable_cache (boolean): Disables the cache mechanism in the application. If not present, the default behavior is to activate the cache mechanism.
• disable_polling (boolean): Disables the polling mechanism in the application. If not present, the default behavior is to activate the polling mechanism.
• disable_methods (boolean): Disables the generate method, the method manager and the method file converter in the application. If not present, the default behavior is to allow the generate method, the method manager and the method file converter.
• disable_replace_training_batch (boolean): Disables the training batch and the replace batch options in the application. If not present, the default behavior is to allow the update and the training batch.
• disable_download_report (boolean): Disables the download of the batch report. If not present, the default behavior is to allow the download.
• disable_download_analysis_report (boolean): Disables the download of the analysis data report (pdf & csv). If not present, the default behavior is to allow the download.
• disable_selection (boolean): Disables the QC / Samples / Others selection in the batch view. If not present, the default behavior is to allow the selection.
• edit_calibration (boolean): Authorize or not the functionality to edit a calibration. If active, the user must be either super-admin or admin of the batch team he is about to modify. If not present, the default behavior allows editing for everyone. A super admin can edit in all cases.
• use_cache_default (boolean): Allows you to activate by default the cache mechanism in the application. If not present, the default behavior is to not activate the cache mechanism by default.
• use_prefetch_default (boolean): Allows you to activate by default the prefetch mechanism in the application. If not present, the default behavior is to not activate the prefetch mechanism by default.
• upload_mechanism (boolean): Authorize or not the functionality to upload a batch. If not present, the default behavior is to not allow batch upload.

• background (string): Allows you to change the background image of the application. The value must be an image in base64 format. If not present, the background will use that of AlphaCOD.
• logo (string): Allows you to change the logo image of the application toolbar. The value must be an image in base64 format. If not present, the background will use that of AlphaCOD logo.
• columnIA: Rename the AI Score column label. This is a dictionary containing the language prefixes in key and the new label in value. A final option lets you hide or not the tooltip for this column.
  • fr (string): If not present, the label will be I.A. Score
  • en (string): If not present, the label will be A.I. Score

  • hideWikiTooltip (boolean): Hide or not the tooltip for this column. If not present, the tooltip is displayed.
• favicon (string): Allows you to change the favicon image of the application. The value must be an image in base64 format. If not present, the favicon will use that of AlphaCOD
• subtitle (string): Allows you to change the subtitle of the application. If it is not present, the subtitle used will be that of the config.json
• title (string): Allows you to change the title of the application. If it is not present, the title used will be that of the config.json
• watermark (string): Allows you to change the watermark of the application. If it is not present, the watermark used will be that of the config.json
• primaryColor (string): Allows you to change the default primary color of the application. If it is not present, the default color used will be that of the config.json
• secondaryColor (string): Allows you to change the default secondary color of the application. If it is not present, the default color used will be that of the config.json

This is the features field, which can be present in every object in the collection (content.features). This means that it is possible to customize by configuration.

• info_webLims (boolean): Displays the LIMS web button in the analysis view
• info_audit_trail (boolean): Displays the audit report download button in the analysis view
• info_sample_category (boolean): Displays animal food, baby food and organic northern food in the analysis view
• info_sample_formula (boolean): Active has the management of formulas via a button in the batch and analysis views
• lmr (boolean): Activates the use of LMRs in the application
• ai_mode (string): [“demo”, “on”, “off”] Allows you to activate the AI assistant in the upload interface (on only). This parameter is also sent with the zip during the upload. This option also makes it possible to display an assistant button on the analysis level (on & demo) which relaunches the AI

• manual_calibration (boolean): Allows you to manually update the calibration following a peak integration. If the parameter is not present, then the default behavior is to be automatically updated after a peak integration.
